We require that you submit an Automatic Knife Acknowledgement and Representations form in order to become a Hogue automatic knife reseller. To do this, please follow these steps:

1. Download the form using the link below
2. Print the form
3. Fill out the form and sign it
4. Send back the signed copy by email (office@hogueinc.com) or fax (805-239-2553)

Once we have a signed copy of this form on file, we will begin accepting your orders for automatic knives.
